Somatic Yoga

MONDAYS & THURSDAYS 6:00-7:15pm

Tune the body and mind with deeply healing somatic movement sequenced to help release long-held patterns of tension and torsion in the hips, spine, shoulders, and neck. This unique class begins with gentle rocking and undulating movements done on the ground ~ flushing the body of fatigue, rehydrating tissues, and assisting in re-regulating the body's stress response. Yogis then move through a flow of standing, balancing, and seated postures to build resilience and strength in the hips and core before deep rest in savasana. All levels and bodies welcome with modifications and alternative options given, along with the encouragement to adapt what is offered to suit you.

Vinyasa Yoga

TUESDAYS 6:00-7:15pm

The remedy for high-impact, injury-prone approaches to yoga, this class is for those already familiar with foundational asanas to further the technique, skill and depth for greater power and precision. Deep, energizing, and balancing, this is a hearty practice to support and open the body, inspire the heart, and strengthen mindful awareness.  This class will inspire and challenge you to try beautiful, fun postures with thoughtful and purposeful sequencing to provide a full-body experience, leaving you feeling deeply supported and connected both physically and mentally.

Simple Yoga

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 9:00-10:00am

Slowed down and simplified, but never basic! With an emphasis on developing healthy postural habits through opening and stabilizing feet, legs, and hips to release spinal tension, this is a class for every body and every age. Deepen the connection to breath, body, mind, and heart with feel-good classes that offer juuuuuuust enough challenge to keep it interesting. All levels and bodies welcome with modifications and alternative options given, along with loads of encouragement to explore adapt what's offered to fit the needs of the day.
